Knitting

Back to Blackpool

Ths weekend I returned to the Westcliffe Knitting Hotel with a few folk from the Huddersfield KCG group. We had planned a weekend of workshops exploring some stitch patterns from 3 lace knitting traditions; Orenburg, Shetland, and Estonia. It was a great weekend, with lots of struggle and lots of achievement, and lots of food!

This time I actually remembered to take a few photos to share with you.

They stock a few of my patterns and books in the hotel knitting shop:

When will the Tup book be ready as a hard back book? You said it will be available after Yarndale. Also how much will it be?

I did think I’d have copies left to sell straight after Yarndale, but they were even more popular there than I anticipated! Instead of doing another major print run I immediately got to work on setting things up with a company who will print small numbers of books, including single copies, and post them directly to my customers. Currently they expect to be ready to meet my orders by November 14th. I’ll also be ready to take orders by then. So I trust it’s safe to promise that you’ll be able to buy a copy on November 14th.

It will be a paperback book, priced at £14.50 plus postage, which will be relatively low because it’s a small book.

I’d love a print copy of this! Is there a way I can pre-order it or somewhere I can sign up to be notified when it comes out, please?

  • Ann says:

    Hi Honor,

I’m afraid I don’t have notifications set up especially for this. However, if you follow my Facebook page (see top right) I’ll be posting there as soon as it’s available. I’ll also link to it in my November newsletter (signup form below).

Hi Honor, it’s available now! You can order a copy from the Tup Knits page, which is under ‘Books’. :o)
