Description

Spun in Yorkshire from British blue faced leicester wool and afghan cashmere, Yorkshire Warmth is probably the softest yarn you’ll find that contains British wool.

Average tension is 24 sts and 34 rows to 10cm, knitted on 3.75/US 5 needles.

133 metres/145 yards per 50g hank.

87.5% bfl wool, 12.5% cashmere

Handwash only

The shades are named using Yorkshire dialect terms, which translate as follows:

‘Attercop’ = spider

‘Cockleet’ = dawn

‘Druffen’ = drunk/inebriated

‘Liggin’’= lying down

‘Nowt’ = nothing

‘Thrang’ = busy
